General information
It has been my observation, throughout the years, that the place where you sleep or work, determines your well-being. At some locations, the energy is so bad that it cracks the walls. You may feel uneasy about being, sleeping or sitting in a particular spot in your house. You may hear something some weird sound or bangs or may see some things you may not want to talk about with others.
Does it happen that all of the tenants on the same side of a multi-story building are all sick?
Or perhaps most of the people on your street are sick of some very serious illness and some have even passed away?
What about in your village? Are a lot of families affected by some serious sickness or are in a state of deficiency?
I have seen all of these examples during the past years.
Why a study in your home/building/field/village?
Our body and our immune system are being constantly attacked from man-made and from natural sources.
We get negative energies from the ground (not every place is so affected) and we call this Geopathic Stress.
We are also influenced by all types of electro-magnetic radiations.
Specifically: there are several elements from the ground that can weaken our immune system: underground streams, large cavities, faults and electromagnetic networks. All of these, when located under your bed or your place of work, can weaken your immune system by ionizing radiation.
Also, radiation originates from all kinds of sources, such as: cellular telephones, radon gas, portable telephones (DECT and mobile), electric and magnetic fields. To evaluate the possible effects of these radiations, I have a number of electronic instruments that provide information on the levels. For most cases, there is a solution which can be applied to the particular problem.
The study
| 1. | Review and analysis of local plans, if available. If not, the address is used to make a preliminary analysis from our office. This analysis includes a large number of parameters to make an evaluation of your property. |
| 2. | At the dwellers’ home, parameters are once again reviewed, to correlate with the preliminary analysis. Electronic equipment and biophysical detection techniques are used to locate problem areas. |
| 3. | Neutralizing the negative effects of underground water streams, faults and cavities. Parameters are once again recorded, to verify energy improvement. |
| 4. | Clearing of physical and non-physical elements. Energy levels are again measured to insure further increase in levels. |
Such a study can take from 3 to 5 hours. Home owner(s) must be present.
The means and techniques used have already been proven effective, as the energetic level of the property rises from step to step, until the final process is completed.

Services for the Office/Business
Background
There is a trend today to blame all health problems on cellular base stations. While it is true that being radiated by transmitters from this type of antenna is not the best for our health, especially if the levels are above those recognized by various organizations as being harmful, that is not the only reason.
Again, as for the home, the same negative elements appear here: underground water streams, cavities, faults and electro-magnetic networks.
On the human side of the negative influences, we can include: anger, jealousy and sometimes hate among workers and sometimes from the customers who visit. I have examples of such. Employees are sick, one after the other, some of them becoming really ill, having to leave their place of work and having to stay at home to get treatment.
Some pregnancies are terminated after a couple of months or it is difficult for someone to get pregnant.
People go home unusually tired, they have headaches at work and their work performance is affected.
Who needs an office study?
Any company or business where absenteeism is high, where people are sick continuously and where women have difficulties to get and remain pregnant, needs to clear the work area from unnecessary and troublesome negative energies. By having the office or factory energetically cleared, one can bring an increase in production, morale and well being.
What do we check?
The procedures for a business are similar in manner to those for a private home. All negative influences originating from the Earth are neutralized. In addition, all computer terminals of the older type (CRT) are verified for magnetic fields on all sides, recommendations are given for the sitting arrangement of workers; electric fields are also measured, all around the offices. Advice is given regarding lighting (weak or strong), proper grounding, air conditioning and wireless technologies. Influence, if any, of cellular base stations is evaluated and suggestions are made for shielding. Electronic equipment is used for these checks (magnetic and
electric field meters; temperature, noise, humidity and light meter; radio frequency spectrum analyzer and power density meter; radon detector; Geiger counter, earth resistance meter, etc..).
Reporting
A full report is drawn, based on the findings. Physical singularities (water streams, cracks and cavities) are mapped out on the plan of the property. Recommendations are provided for every discrepancy noted.

Pre-buy Study
Generally speaking
While there are companies which deal with pre-buy surveys, the parameters they check (neighbors, physical state of the property, fairness of the price asked, additional repairs required, etc. ) are not directly related or concerned with the health of their clients.
Our study of the property (home, field, building or manufacturing plant) you are considering to buy is oriented to your future well-being and to your health. It is a wise investment to make prior to buying, building a home or even renting an apartment.
This study is available for private property or home owners, for businesses or for building contractors.
Study of a building
If the building has yet to be erected on a piece of land, it is necessary to evaluate the property and map out the best places for living quarters. A physical survey and associated corrections are made.
The surrounding area is checked for possible air pollution (factories), high voltage power lines, transformers or substations, radon gas and radio-activity.
For an existing building, similar steps are taken as those described above, except that each room can be evaluated.
In any case, it is possible to make a preliminary check, based on the address only.
This check can be done for any location in the world.
The check is quick, economical and accurate. With a plan of the property, additional parameters can be evaluated.
